I actually pity this company

What more can one say about shockingly poor product quality that hasn't been said before, other than to reiterate that it amounts to, selling defective products? If the speed is good, you can't maintain connectivity. If the connectivity is stable, network speeds are pathetic. It has taken me a THIRTY MINUTES from the first time I tried to load this page, to where I am now. Thank this is the last bit of a data bundle I'm using from this useless excuse for an internet company. And please SPARE me your pathetic attempt at addressing this complaint by advising me to check this, adjust that. I am not a, and I have been connecting to the internet since shortly after most of your staff were born, so by this time I KNOW WHAT A PROPER INTERNET CONNECTION LOOKS LIKE!
