Both my business phones were disconnected while I had a dispute with Vodacom about R4800 worth of data downloads and they are accusing me of downloading adult content on my cellphone every hour of every day and every night for more than 2 months! After sending them the printouts of the data usage and asking them to investigate how this could have happened, NOBODY even looked at it, I still get told the billing is correct and I MUST PAY! This has been going on since September 2012! The office of the CEO of vodacom can't even sort out this matter. UTTER INCOMPETENCE. This is how VODACOM gives CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Has anyone had incidents of sim cloning or hacking? This is the only reasonable explanation. If anyone has had a similar problem, can you please make contact with me. I am taking VODACOM to court.
