I baught my Blackberry (with MTN as service provider) on 27 April 2012 at American Swiss Matrix in Klerksdorp Mall. I have moved and lost my proof of purchase and somehow Matrix lost the copy of purchase too. My BB has been giving trouble, hanging and app errors. My actual complaint is that when you need to contact Blackerry or MTN, no email address can be found. When you call the Custmer Care or walk into a branch, they cant help you.
