Incomprehensive statement

I contacted MTN for a statement for my internet usage as i was quering the charge since 1G usally takes me from 21 to around the 15th of each month and guess what i received from MTN???

SERIOUSLY what is this??? i dont work fior MTN and will never understand this, there is no website, duration and the amount of bytes used. all u can see some funny numbers which mean nothing to me i requested for a better quality and even told them what i wanted on the statement after all I AM PAYING the bill and i am entitled to know what i am paying for and as usual no response except the line "2. The decision of MTN SP in respect of disputes arising out of these Services will be dealt with by MTN in terms of these terms and conditions. The decision of MTN in this regard will be final." i am waiting
