Refusal to honour Consumer Protection Act

All Consumers expected to be dealt with justly & not to be deceived by Service Providers. On 11 May 2013, I went to the MTN Shop (Manly), where I had obtained my MTN Contract in April 2013 in an attempt to cancel my contract in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, which entitles Consumers to do so, & for no reason. I opted to cancel due to unhappiness with the service as well as other things going wrong, like poor signal, phone freezes, messages going through hours later, not being able to buy data bundles with contract airtime (had i been aware of this fact, i would not have joined MTN). Mpho Molamu contacted the MTN cancellations department, they originally provided her with a cancellation amount of approximately R7749.32, later reduced to R885 (which nobody at MTN has any record of (and according to them i owe the R7749.32). The only proof of the R885 is the recording on 11 May, which no one has provided me with, because it is the property of MTN and other excuses), on the condition that the phone was returned & accepted by MTN (returned phone, have sim & paid R885). No one returns my calls & my only option is (ICASA & NCC), who will resolve this dispute & cancel my contract.
