I suggest you get new staff who have customer serv

Granted my account was not paid on time. Granted I paid the account. I contacted your call center today and they reactivated my account HOWEVER they failed to activate my daughters cell phone account which is on the same contract. Tonight I phoned your call center and spoke to a guy by the name of Robin who was unhelpful and obnoxious! Clearly he needs to go on a customer service course! I am appalled at the service or lack thereof.
