Ad and degrading service

My wife and I we entered Vodacom store at Jabulani mall and ask assistance from Bernard Ndlovu who said to us he is going some where left us there so we went to the counter the lady assisted us when we where busy Bernard came back and just stood at the counter and I ask him why he just left us with out assisting us he re-plaid and said so what do you want to do and I said you cant speak to me like that he re plaid and said you can go where ever you want nothing will be done and he went to the staff door and slammed it in-front of me I was so embarrassed and felt helpless and other costumers where watching it was so degrading and bad is it what vodacom is saying to its costumers.
