Husband lands in London and finds out he can't call home even though international roaming is active on his number. Phoned Call centre expecting the usual run around and lack of help. Well I got through to Khanyi and she was beyond excellent! She noted the problem, told me what she was going to do, called me back to report that she had done it. When that didn't totally work she told me what the next step was, did it, and called me back to tell me. Basically my problem was fixed in a couple of hours, on a Friday afternoon, when I had been expecting to have to wait till Monday at the least. I am especially impressed with the fact that she phoned me back, several times, and that she was able to sort out my problem directly without transferring me to a dozen other people/departments. I hope Cell C appreciates Khanyi - she has sure made me one happy customer!
