I just want to thank Khanyi Nonyane on the excellent service i received today, all the questions i asked were answered carefully & in detail, she is just superb & i take my hat off to Medshield for employing someone like her with integrity, respect & patience. She was able to educate me on the plan that i have taken, i felt like i was chatting to my sister not to someone i didn't know, she has a passion for her work. I was not treated just like a number. Well done Khanyi, i'm lost for words you are superfragalisticexpealodocious, it's true what they say about one, that who you are says a lot from where you come from, Gal you ROCK & never let anyone tell you otherwise, you have excellent customer skills, keep it up as we need a lot of people like you in SA. WELL DONE MEDSHIELD YOU HAVE SCORED YOURSELVES ONE OF THE BEST STAFF MEMBERS EVER, SHE REALLY MADE MY DAY!!!
