ON THE 15TH OF MAY I LAYED A COMPLAINT AND I HAVE HAD NO RESPOND FROM MTN AS OF YET. IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE I RETURNED THE PHONE TO THE STORE. I ALSO PHONED MTN CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY DAID I MUST PAY THE ACCOUNT OF R2000 FOR A PHONE I DONT HAVE. PLEASE ASSIST ME BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO TAKE MATTERS INTO MY ONE HANDS.
