Did an upgrade over the net on MTN web page, phone gets delivered, but then had to do a sim swap because the new phone takes a micro sim... well that was where the problems started... 4 days on and it still doesnt work after the retentions dept telling me its done its done its done... now they tell me something i have been telling them for 3 days... the sim is damaged. It has taken me 4 days for them to tell me this however it took them 2 hours... if that to suspend my old sim... so been without a phone for 4 days... trying to run a business... PATHETIC
