Vodacom South Africa HAS NO SERVICE

Hi, I speak on behalf of many Vodacom Customers in Robertson, Western Cape. Please take a look at the Group I have started on Facebook. [URL Removed]

We have been struggling with Vodacom since November 2012 with No luck. I do not want to waste too much of your time so I am going to do a short summary. Vodacom has no service. Calls get dropped. We get voicemails but the phone never rang. Calls get distorted. Signals get lost for minutes. It's a nightmare as me and my colleagues are reps on the road and talk an average 800 minutes per month > 40min per day. You can imagine how it is affecting our work and everybody using vodacom's service as a key tool for business but calls get dropped with your clients, client cant get through to you. End result is productivity goes down.

Vodacom Customers would appreciate your help on this matter to let this corporate giant know that we wont allow them to ignore us anymore than they already have and needs to face their network issues and stop blaming it on cellphone handsets.
