Data loaded & depleted mysteriously- given runarnd

On the 9th of May my data ran out so I got 500MB (plus the 70 'free' MB) from Cell-C. In less than 2 minutes of loading the data which now stood at 571 MB I got sms that data was depleted. I lodged a complaint (ref#3050901344) and I was told I would get a response within 24-48 hours- it was not mentioned that this referred to working hours.

On Monday the 13th of May I called the call center asking why I hadn't received any feedback regarding my query. On 14th I called again & I was kept holding and transferred to about 4 different people who all didn't help. On 15th I got sms saying "Good day. We do apologize for late response. Please note that outlook and Gmail they both use internet and again it will depend on the size of the attachment you received when opening your emails or sending them. The charges are valid." I didn't download or upload anything which would use 571MB in less than 2mins! I called again to be told on what basis this is valid, i haven't been answered. I bought some more data on the 17th and it also got 'depleted' in seconds, which according to Zanele Gule was not registering on your system, she said she would get back to me on the 21st- I'M STILL WAITING!
