Trying to stop my account

My contract has expired on the 13th of April. I have tried to move this number from postpaid to prepaid without succes as I still get billed each month. I am currently working abroad and can not contact the 27831808.

After writing MTN mails I have received no feedback at all, even though I can see my mails are read.
