Our ADSL service has been reported 12 times in the last 5 weeks. Nobody at Telkom seem to take accountability for the poor service. It was even reported to the manager of the Telkom Direct store in Centurion.
Telkom employees dont care about service because managers dont interact with customers.
Technisions only come out over weekends when they get paid overtime and not during the week because that is when they get paid overtime. No wonder Telkom is in the financial situation that they are currently!
I NEED URGENT HELP, PLEASE!!!
