I have been a customer of Mweb since they started and have had good service from them until now.
Since they upgraded/changed their message centre I have had nothing but problems.
The new look is terrible and has lost the functionality of selecting any of your 'from' aliases.
I also log on with my iPad but am unable to send or reply to an email as it takes an old alias of mine, which I have deleted and uses that to send an email.
I have sent numerous emails to the technical department and either get a response that the problem has been fixed or no reply at all.
I am very frustrated and am seriously looking to change my service provider should this not be resolved.
