Service BIG Time!!!

I initially requested that one of the data contracts i took out be cancelled due to receiving the incorrect Sims more than twice. I had sent a complaint via email but received no feedback even though receiving a read receipt for my email. About 5 weeks ago i called asking why i was billed for the contract that i initially cancelled but was told someone would contact me back, to date no one has tried to contact me. i then received another invoice for the same contract for April. when i requested to speak to a team leader i was told that they are in meetings the whole day (mind you this is always the excuse or they are either not at work) Again i was told someone would contact me which i believe is a total lie. the agents there are useless that don't know anything when you ask them something they respond with "i don't know". my suggestion is employee people who are actually literate and can actually help customers, and try getting some team leader or are they all on a permanent holiday.
