I WANTED THE TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR MTN STORE ON THE 1ST FLOOR IN CENTURY CITY, SO I GOOGLED FOR MTN CENTURY CITY AND GOT A CONTACT NUMBER 0215272000 AND CHERLY MULLER PICKED UP. IT WAS THE WRONG MTN STORE BUT SHE CONTINUED TO ASSIST SHE PHONED ALL THE PEOPLE SHE KNEW IN THAT STORE UNTIL SHE FOUND SOMEONE WHO COULD ASSIST ME. OFTEN TIMES WHEN PEOPLE GAIN NOTHING FROM YOUR CALL THEY DONT WASTE THEIR TIME TRYING TO GET YOU ANY ASSISTANCE. SHE COULD HAVE SAID SORRY THIS IS THE WRONG STORE AND THE STORE YOU REQUIRE DOES NOT HAVE A LANDLINE NUMBER, BUT SHE DIDNT SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY FOR ME. THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE...
