I cancelled my line 5 months ago, it has taken you that long to actually cancel the contract. Then last month you STILL debit me and give me some useless excuse about IT not updating your system or some such.
Last week Tuesday you say the refund will be processes, it is now a week later, still no refund.
I expect 2 things now from Nashua, seeing as you have stuffed me around for over 5 months.
1. PAY THE REFUND.
2. As a gesture of good faith and to salvage some reputation, give me a free Iphone5 or Galaxy 4.
I have 2 accounts with you one of which is up for renewal in a few months, give me a reason not to leave Nashua
