I booked my samsung s3 in with the store on Friday, the service to book it in was first class, however today after 3 days i contacted the store to get feedback on my phone, i was told withing 72 hours i would have an indication on what is going on, i was told on the phone that my phone is now at higher level repairs in midrand and it would take 7-14 days to repair.
should i not have been contacted and told this prior to me calling, this is especially frustrating as i have not received a loan phone from Vodacom, besides that it should never take 7-14 days to repair a mobile phone if the fault is known,
please investigate and let me know what is going on
