I have been trying to do a Sim swop since 9o'clock this morning. Since when do you tell your customers they are incompetent.
They gave me a fax no that does not even exist after fighting and tell them we will take this further they gave us a fax no that is working was this so difficult. That tells me that nothing at MTN gets done with fighting and threathing
