Wrong Billing

I'm just not certain about my previous querry's date which was last month I had the same complaint
My airtime is deduducted from downloading and streaming he said Xolani this morning
Then last month they said I plugged my phone as a modem on a pc which is total nonsense
Both of these findings aren't true
Earlier this morning I was on uber social network browsing around tweets an amount of 36 rands vanished
So I'm failing to understand this whole billing system
Just can't wait for the end of this contract
I'm out of MTN
