8ta Now a Total waste of my time

I have recently purchased my third 3gig bundle for use with a Huawei dongle for internet access on my desktop computer. The first two purchases of the same package was useable but since the start of using the present gig bundle, I am experiencing repeated disconnects, lockups when posting on forums I visit and am now totally dismayed with 8ta's connectivity.

What have you done with your product in making it near zero useable? Have you oversold to too many subscribers?

I sincerely hope you are in a position to rectify this disgusting situation as you basically took my money and now deliver a 'service' which frustrates and have wasted a huge amount of my time.
