I got the email but nothing else

I purchased 3G data for the Huawei dongle I use with my desktop computer but it is totally useless due to the alleged 7.2Mbps speed they claim.

I complained here about this ripoff and got an email from 8ta Social that the matter was being attended to and asking me for my contact details, address etc, but this is as far as the matter has got. IMO, you are cynically trying to impress the general public by your automated responses but offer nothing else - no physical contact or technical solution.

In other words, taking my money and deliver nothing.
