On Saturday, 12 January 2013, my husband hit a guine fowl on our way to Bethlehem. We towed the vehicle back from Bethlehem to Vanderbijlpark. Monday, 14 January, my husband lodged a claim. The vechile was towed to Twin City Auto Craft in Vanderbijlpark. On Thursday, 17 January, I went to Twin City to check the status of my vechile. The floor manager told me that they have recieved paperwork from Auto and General the previous day and that he must take pictures of the damage and send it through to A&G, and that A&G will compile a quation and get their own prices for the damaged parts. However, according to A&G, Twin City did the quotation and they have received it yesterday (21 January). But they also need a history of the insurance of my vechile and details/proof of the incident. I am running out of patience with A&G and Twin City and want my vechile repaired.
