I queried my data bill for October 2012 which was completely out of line looking at the last year and ever since have been passed onto the next and the next person without getting any satisfactory answer. I have been a customer for many years, and normally get good service, but it seems that no-one can solve an account query. This has been going on for 3 months plus and I still dont have a proper answer. The last person dealing with was Lorenco Dunn who has all the necessary information at hand
