I bought a samsung smart phone (S5300) and a 32inch samsung LED TY package on contract at a value of R369/month. I received the phone on 21st January 2013 and was told I'll get the TV end of February, to date I have not received it. I went to the store several times but no one was taking responsibility. I called the company contracted by Mtn to deliver the TV but could not trace my TV. Since January the TV order was only placed last wednesday (15/5/2013), this was after I took the matter to my lawyers. I have been paying for the TV which I dont have in my posession since January. I would like Mtn to take action against the sales person (Mbalenhle Ndaba) who was responsible for this mess.
