I called into cell c coz I had a query on my account I was been billed daily for something. I was then informed by one of the consultants that it is CONTENT SERVICE that I never even signed up for I requested that it be blocked. I received a sms to say that it had been blocked, but yet I am still been billed for this content service.
IT IS AGANIST THE LAW to bill me for something that I never signed up for after requesting for it to be blocked on several occasions. and also get told that it takes up to 48hours to be cancelled!!! How is going to pay for the CHARGES that are currently running DAILY???
