I have had a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Pocket from the day Ive received it. I had a call from Cell C in January that they will upgrade and post the device. Since the day Ive received it Ive lost my contacts twice, I was unable to get calls and this resulted in me losing contact with people that was very dear to me. CellC Greenstone changed the SIM Card... no luck! I then went back, and they said they will send the phone in for repairs, as they do know this pocket phone gives lots of problems. They sent it in, and I received a SMS I should pay in R980! A new one cost R988!!! I spoke to Denver and said the phone is only app 4 mnts old and Ive repeatedly had problems with it! He stated that he will sort it out and Ill have the phone within 5 working days. Instead I received a call from Priscilla 5 days later stating I should pay in R980!! Now they say its a Zimbabwian handheld! Please... I dont care where cellc got it? I didnt even go to Zimbabwe? This is endless endless problems! ~!!! HELP HELP HELP
