I have been paying my bills diligently and when applying for vehicle finance only then did I realise that I had been listed on the ITC! I had no communication of this. I had spoken to the accounts department and arranged to end my contract and settle in three instalments! This is not the first I have heard of Vodacom doing this! I will never ever in my entire life go back to Vodacom! For their poor communication, ridiculous fees, and unreasonable data charges~!!!
