I received a notice in the post last week - 22 January 2014 for a letter for KVS COllection dated 08 December 2013.
I have had no communication with Vodacom at all for an outstanding account - now this has been haned to KVS Collections & I am now listed on ITC!!!
I am in the process of buying a new house & now I cant do anything as this is nw bad listed me & I cant get the finance.
I am willing to settle any outstanding amounts, though feel its unfair to list me in ITC when I have had no letters for outstanding moneys or to make any type of payment arrangements.
