They claim that their phones are brand new! What a! The boxes the phones are packaged in aren't even sealed or even the in original boxes. The phones aren't ICASA approved either. They make you wait while they doing knows what in the back, and then eventually they come out with a newish looking phone. I bought the phone regardless of all these discrepancies because the phone was cheaper than any other shop, the shop itself looks nice, I was in a good mood and so on and so on. It's all nicely put together to deceive the consumer.
I had to take the phone back because it wouldn't connect to BBM and the internet. They offered me a different more expensive phone which I took. I asked them why there was a telephone number on the phone if it's meant to be brand new they said because they made a call to check if it's working. This phone wouldn't allow me to configure email accounts. I then took the phone back and received a new phone once again, same model. This phone's screen packed up 2 weeks later. I then returned the phone with the warranty, only to be informed that the warranty does not cover the screen even though the screen was not damaged by me. I had to pay an extra R750
