Receving datausage mails 4old deactivated username

I used to be a TelkomISP client, but it was cancelled some months ago. The ADSL line is now
managed by Afrihost who are also my ISP.I just pay line rental to Telkom.

Since 21 November I have been getting the data usage emails from Telkom like I used to get long ago.
I have been getting them every night since then and I can see the data is being used. This is strange
as I have not been a Telkom ISP client for many months now and the username was deactivated.

I called in 3 times now to confirm and was told that I did not have any data and that I would not be billed
and that I should not worry. I have received my latest bill now and I have not been billed.

But the mail I am getting each day is a problem as it is not intended for me. I called in again, another
lady advised me that the username is active and was signed up on 21 November 2013.
I told her it was not me. It is just strange that the same username is active again.

Can you perhaps confirm that the username has been re-used/recycled for use by someone else?

Else it means someone is comitting by using old usernames.
Please remove my email address from the new person's reports, please investigate.
