I bought a Ford Fiesta ST in December from Kurt. Their was some problems on the car and we were told that it would be fixed before the deal was sealed. It took them 4 months to fix some of the problems. They don't return phone calls or anything. We have to phone in to get any feedback. They make excuses for everything and empty promises. Always to busy to phone back to give feedback. Saying power out that's why they can't give feedback but in the meanwhile we phoned a few minutes earlier and spoke to another consultant and we phoned Kurt after that and the phones ringing in the background he will still say to us the power is out. After some of the problems that were fixed, now we struggle getting the radio fixed because the CD player does not work. Its been 3 weeks of waiting.
