MTN Lotto and DSTV Mobile problems

I am so deeply disappointed with MTN's service. I've been with MTN for over a year and never had problems whatsoever. I was very impressed with MTN's services until now

I won R240 on the MTN Lotto service. I sent in my documents (bank statement, letter of approval and ID) to retrieve these funds. It was supposed to be paid in my bank account within 2 - 5 days (or so they said), but it's been a month now and I can't withdraw any funds as it is "not yet verified." I had to load over R40 just to call them and ask what's going on, but no one can answer me. This is getting too long and I'm tired of struggling.

I tried to subscribe for DSTV Mobile, but it just states that an error has occurred. I called the call center and they said I should try subscribing via SMS. Still nothing. I paid about R50 just to activate this service, but I'm still not subscribed. I called multiple times and no one can help me.

MTN is getting me frustrated. I always enjoyed everything about the company, but now I'm tired. Just tired and angry.
