Exraview de-activated double charged R625X2 R70

I had a surprices of a debit order of R1320.00 which got rejected due to the funds, and I then paid today-and also decided to check the accounts on the selfservice-to my shock-DSTV has since June doubled the installment to R625 X2 R70. when I called after I couldn't activate the other smart card number 4261451196-I then told the guy who answered and he told me it was an error and apologised and said it will be fixed, and that he has to put me through to the Xstra view department - the lady that answered said to me on the 1st of June I had 143 error and the call got cut therefore they gonna listen to the call and then if it got cut DSTV is not reversing the double charges -this is a reap off- R625 X2 R70 for XtraView - what a load of. I want my account corrected asap-I have been a client of DSTV for years for them to think they can me over like this. I am so angry - and I do not care who says what-no one has a right to double charge unless I am aware of it. I have been told to call and re-activate the Xtraview-bottom line - I want my account credited - I cannot afford to be messed up like this.
