Overcharged and put on hold

Struggling to understand dstv. I had a debit order, which ran bt returned coz of insufficient funds.

I called, paid R150, 50 reconection and 99 for dstv access for my mother. Now ths morning she says its disconnected again. What?
I called again, get put on hold multiple times, finish my airtime and still no help.

Apparently I owe R198, for what? I reactivated 1 sub for 99, paid 150, what is the 198 for? Apparently I need to pay that and oh, 50 reconection fee! For what? And amazingly my statement on [URL Removed] has 2 access subscriptions. Hauwa guys u can't be doing this to us. I can't be paying R400 to whatch sabc plus a few extra channels?

Shocked! Disappointed! On verge of following OVHD!
