After numerous attempts to resolve why my data charges deducted from my account was so high even though there was a cap on the amount and I had not even used or had the data card. I had blocked the card and still my money had been deducted for 4 YEARS!!! No usage just payments for nothing!!! You. I am taking this to legal and media.
