Swim card swop

On 17 May 2013 I lost my cell phone. Phone Virgin and was told to buy a ricaed sim card at Checkers. Later that evening, I phoned again to do the swop and was told that there is an error message and that I need to purchase a non-ricaed sim card which I did on Saturday at Pick n Pay. After numberous calls and different explanations and then get transferred to somebody else who then doesn't answer, I am just getting nowhere. It is now Monday evening 20 May 2013 and am extremely frustrated.

Can anybody out there HELP?
