Did not log in my cancellation request
Hallo! I had cancelled my telkom account due. Telkom continued to bill me even after I had cancelled the account. I went back to Telkom offices where I had cancelled the account and they apologised as they see I had requested cancellation, but "someone" forgot to log it into the system. ...
