I am really tired of MTN. They are only interested in making money, they don't care about their costumers. I gave notice to cancel two contract numbers on the 16th of April because my contract was coming to an end. on the 15 of April they loaded the data bundles, and they on the 16th cancelled the contract. So when was I suppose to use that 2 GB. If they really cared they were not gonna load the data anymore, and just cancel the contract.

I also signed up for a new contract with MTN, they gave me the fone and everything. But after seven days they couldn't port my number from CellC and I decided to cancell the contract because I had waited long enough. I returned everything and the fone was unused since the sim card was not working. So when I see the bill on the 15th, they have charged me R66.67. and they cannot even explain to me what is this charge for since the sim card never worked.

At least I have only one contract left with MTN. I cannot wait to cancel it next year. I am sick and tired of MTN who is only interested in my money
