Sent an urgent message to DHL 3 days ago. No answer received. Have also spend a good few hours per day trying to reach the Cape Town office but the phone just rings and rings and rings and rings.
Is DHL still in business? When you courier something is it not because you are in a rush and do not have 3 days time to twiddle your thumbs hoping against hope that someone/anyone will answer the phone or reply to your emails?
