This is a shocker. I got the new samsung s4 and after 12 day it broke. On my birthday party that i needed to get in my car to hand in the phone.just that i was already emotional and really up set. Got to the branh and guess what, the attituted what i got from the agent was cold and rude. The attitude of we dont care and this is not our problem. Not even giving a simpathetic ear to understand a customers potion no they just want the sale and let this be off. I know of an isp that will do anything for a customer that will give the simpatetic ear. All that i can say i could not believe that ive renew my contract. People dont go to cell c if you just wanted to be treated like a number go rather to vodacom. There they atleast care about the customer. If it was not for maryna that wanted to help i would have lost it and will have a court case. The man agent just did not even care to assist.
