As off the 12/02/2013 my bis has not been working after 5 calls to customer care it should be customer I don't care as I keep getting the run around and the calls to customer care keeps on dropping when I call in yesterday and I spoke to a flipping rude agent call zinghle dlamini who has such a attitude issue she does not have any care in the world today I spoke to sabello who hung up on me I'm am so discussed with cell c my whole life is on hold due to negligence on yourlls part. I got an sms saying that my issue has been resolved but nothing has happened I'm so sick of cell c and they service I wish the whole company just gets bankrupt so we can move over to other networks its a shame that I have a contract with you guys I can not wait to cancel this companies products I'm so sure mtn or Vodacom doesn't pass the buck like cellc does I need o know how will I be compensate for my issue I've lost out on so much of vital information due to this I expect my bison to be reinstated from the date this mess is fixed
