On the 17 may I went into lakeside mall with all documents needed to transfer an account into my new business name the dealer did all the necessary changes on the computer and said it should be change later today.

It is an existing account that was used by the previous owner, the Person that help me had excellent service the problem is when I phoned the next day to get the username and password for Internet which I have been paying for 3 months now they refused to give it to me as none of the "details" have changed on their side I just got transferred back and forth, who can help me, how long must I wait for this.

I am paying for a service that I can't even use.
