I submitted a refund request for money that was deducted from my account over a number of months, despite me not having a contract with SoMusic or Elite Mobile.
I received an email notification on 26th June that my request had been processed and that I would be contacted with details of my refund. Reference provided: TTD130626-00522-.
I received a telephone call a few days later confirming that my refund was approved and should reflect a few days thereafter (less than a week). To date I have still not received the money owed to me by your company. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
