As I'm sure you bunch are well aware, there are numerous regions across the country where your customers are experiencing poor; or rather, unacceptable data speeds. Even getting to this page took a few timeouts and refreshes to finally get to. As I am typing this, I realize that absolutely nothing will be done to curb my fury as countess people before me have.

Be the situation as may, my question to you is thus: If there is a Cell C outlet in a specific town, should the said town not have the basic infrastructure to support the influx of customers - arising from the outlet? It just seems selfish that you can just take peoples' money without ensuring that a decent backbone is in place to support the network. I'm frankly disgusted that in this day and age I can't even get a stable EDGE connection, let alone HSDPA. I moved over to Cell C expecting the best, only to walk away with 400MB of unusable data each month and a phone that I can barely make calls on. False advertising at this scale is criminal and you should be ashamed of yourselves. All I hope now is that I can get enough signal to get this through. Good day.
