Bad useless modem and the saga will now end!

Further to our various telephone conversations, email correspondence and complaints, we wish to advise that we have run out of patience with Autopage. The excuses for non-delivery of service as per contractual obligation by AutoPage have become unacceptable to us. We confirm that the new modem has not, as per verbal agreement, been delivered to us!

Kindly confirm that the contract is cancelled, our debit order amended accordingly, credit for the month of March 2013 is passed accordingly and that we are under no further contractual obligation to Autopage.
