I reported my cell missing via the customer service department and the consultant (Masechaba Dlamini) advised me that I could follow the same procedure should I find the cellphone. When I later found the cell, I tried and was told this is not procedure and should go to a cell c store where I has to fill out fill the necessary papers and take have an affidavit from a police station which made me furious. I have been running around and decided to lodge a complaint with head office. I wasn't given much help either as the problem was directed to the store once again. I was given a reference number but has since not received any correspondence from anyone at cellc. With all their safety measures nobody asked for identification as proof that I am however the rightful owner. Cellc customer service staff doesn't understand when you call or they direct you from one department to another. This took place nearly 2months ago and no joy. I feel I should get some compensation as I have been a loyal customer and purchase loads of data everyday because of the kind of phone I have. I want them to up their game and take responsibility for always passing the problem and never sorting anything out.
