SIM CARD NOT DELIVERED

I lost my cellphone during February this year (2013). I reported it to may provider so that they can block the cellphone.i also requested for a new sim card since it was a contract phone and i was informed that it will be delivered to me within two weeks, after two weeks i called again and i was told the same thing. During mid March they told me they had a problem with their courier department and they have sortted that problem. I kept on calling them untill they told me i have to go to a near by autopage which is 150 km away from my town.lately if i call the person i last talked too told me he will transfer me to their courier department only to find he is taking me back to main menu and it happened four times.if i'm calculating the total cost of my last call I've made comes to R43.00
